Moving Day!

The plants are all moved, still arranging, fuchsia is in trouble I let it get underwatered. I hope she forgives and lives. One more stand to move. And the chaise lounge to declutter wipe down and move, and to figure out a watering system. I think I have that covered, but, we'll see. It looks pretty ok! 😁 Problem is how hot it is. In the past when I had it back there I waited until the cool of the evening to water. Tomorrow I must water again, going to let the succulents sit a bit longer, when I get the other stand over there that will be a primary succulent station until it's filled. Everything is sitting in primarily 24/7 dappled shade. They should do fine.

Damn Dog!

Ok so I let my dog Annie out and to the right of the door is the little plant carrier that holds my succulents on it.  Annie is wobbly because she was struck by a car and that is how she healed.  So wobbly Annie wobbled into my plant tray and toppled it over and I suddenly had to repot several pots of my succulents.  I was freaking furious.  SO tomorrow is moving day.  When I go out to do laundry tomorrow I'm relocating my garden, the porch is just too dangerous for them.  They will be a lot happier and I'll be able to spread them out more.  Hot or not this is happening!

This is what hit the ground.  I hope all are ok I'm going to baby them like crazy!

Around The House . . .

Took these around the garden and the yard yesterday everything is growing so nicely!  Happy happy happy!  The porch is getting overcrowded so I'm going to be moving them soon to a shaded spot to the back of the property where I can spread them out.  Will make me a nest out there so I can sit and read, write, journal, blog, and enjoy my garden at the same time!

A Little **squee**

Just sharing a little *squee* I got this morning, on the heels of a groan. Something knocked a couple of my plants off the porchrail, either last night or this morning. I was heartbroken. But I got the plants repotted. I'm out of potting soil so I was robbing older pots for soil. I have several pots of Christmas Cactus, and a few months ago one of the cacti lost a leaf so I put it in soil to see about generated a new plant. I thought the leaf had died but I pulled it from the soil to use that soil for my fallen plants and lo and behold it had good fresh roots! So from one tiny leaf another Christmas cactus will come! In time ;)
